Suspects Killed in Police Shootout in Stoffelpark

Three individuals have unfortunately lost their lives following a police operation in Gauteng. The incident involved members of the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI)’s Tactical Operations Management Section (TOMS), the SAPS Highway Patrol, and the Gauteng Traffic Police Airwing.

TOMS had reportedly been gathering information since earlier this year regarding individuals allegedly involved in serious criminal activity. Details surrounding the specific nature of the activity have not yet been fully released to the public.

The operation culminated in a confrontation where, sadly, three suspects were fatally wounded. Authorities have not yet released further details about the incident, citing ongoing investigations.
