Zee Nxumalo Shines at Royal Heritage Festival

Fancy a trip that’s a bit different? Something with amazing music, beautiful scenery, and a real taste of South African culture? Then you might want to check out the Phalaphala FM Royal Heritage Festival! From what I’ve been reading, it sounds like a fantastic event.

The festival is held at the Royal Gardens, near Nandoni Dam. Now, I’ve never been, but pictures online show a stunning location. Imagine enjoying incredible music with a backdrop of lush greenery and sparkling water. Pretty idyllic, right?

Phalaphala FM, a popular radio station, seems to be the driving force behind it all. Judging by their Twitter feed, like this post, it’s a vibrant celebration of heritage, music, and community. Hashtags like #AhunaUsala and #RoyalHeritageFestival are all over social media, so you can easily find loads of pictures and videos to get a feel for the atmosphere.

I’m not sure exactly what kind of music to expect, but based on the general vibe, I’m guessing it’s a mix of traditional South African sounds and contemporary genres. It’s definitely something I’d be keen to explore if I ever get the chance to visit South Africa.

If you want to know more about events happening in the area near the festival, take a look at the local municipality’s pages. You can find relevant news about Thohoyandou here. It’s a good way to stay informed about local events and what’s going on in the area.
