13-Year-Old Student Struck By Vehicle in Cornubia

A 13-year-old student sustained minor injuries this morning after being involved in a road incident near Cornubia, KwaZulu-Natal. The incident occurred on the R102 and involved a grey Toyota Corolla.

The young person, a Grade 8 learner, was reportedly struck by the vehicle. The driver of the Corolla stated that the student unexpectedly entered the roadway, leaving insufficient time to avoid the impact. The resulting collision led to the student sustaining injuries.
