Life Sentence for Rapist Thanks to Dedicated Detective

A 23-year-old man has been handed a life sentence for a heinous act committed in Bergenek Village, near Westenburg. The Polokwane Regional Court delivered the sentence on August 12th, following the man’s conviction for the r*pe of his 13-year-old niece in May 2020.

The dedicated work of D/Sgt Sello Moreroa of the Polokwane FCS Unit was instrumental in securing the conviction and subsequent life term.
