Nigerian National Arrested on Drug Charges in Mokopane

A 42-year-old Nigerian man has been apprehended in Mokopane on drug-related charges. Daniel Ibeto was taken into custody on Tuesday following an operation by local law enforcement.

Police confirmed that Ibeto was arrested at approximately 11:45 am on suspicion of dealing and possessing illicit substances. The operation, details of which remain confidential, resulted in the suspect’s detention and the seizure of what is believed to be illegal drugs.
